University Circle will be filled with Martin Luther King Jr. Day events

Many of the institutions in University Circle -- including the Cleveland Botanical Garden, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Rink at Wade Oval -- celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday with events and activities, most of them free. The orchestra celebrates with a Community Open House at Severance Hall, featuring performances by the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra and the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Chorus. Severance Hall events are noon-5 p.m. Special programs at the botanical garden are 1-4 p.m., and the rink is open noon-5 p.m. Go to universitycircle.org for a complete listing of University Circle events.
